Arrive to Alaska, and be brought from the airport to your personal AirBnb, arranged to your unique preferences.
Freshen up, and enjoy a catered early dinner, followed by a scenic drive through the mountains that you saw from the plane earlier that day.
Finish the evening with a gentle guided meditation, and go to sleep to rest up for the week ahead.

9am - Eklutna Lake Kayaking, followed by wildlife viewing in surrounded areas

2pm - City Immersion; explore the streets of Anchorage, do light shopping, and sample some of Alaska’s iconic offerings.
5pm - Therapeutic Session and Guided Meditation
7pm - Dinner

Day Trip to Seward. Experience the stunning drive, followed by a day in one of Alaska’s most enchanting oceanside forest towns.

Spend the morning in Girdwood, enjoying a hike and mountain biking through the stunning Alyeska Bike Park.

1pm - Final 1-1 Therapeutic Session and Guided Meditation
